If I were a word this would be my etymology.

“But I like crayons in my nose, raisins & m&m’s too. I like them.” Katelan age 3
“There was always something different about you. We always marveled how even as a very young child, you had so many friends yet you were perfectly happy in solitude also. You had your own world. Andrew your imaginary friend stayed with us for many years. Often times you appeared to be in a meditative state…silent, still, and content. You built incredible sand houses and structures from flowers, twigs, vines, clumps of moss, freshly mown grass, whatever Mother Nature supplied. Many of your conversations outdoors were held with unseen folk. Not sure if they were faeries near the woods or the elves in the old apple tree. You talked a lot in your room when you were alone, I assumed it was with Andrew. You created and lived in a very happy place.” - My Mom
“I don’t have to clean up. I’m an artist.” Katelan age 6
I am a storyteller and in this space I’m weaving you a tale. There are some dark parts to this tale and some lighter bits too. But you must remember that because the blog is fragmented (it’s meant to be) it’s only telling part of the story. The other parts are formed by the reader. If the reader has a negative reaction to the idea or parts of the story, their interpretation will be negative; just as if the reader identifies with a fragment and then the story becomes inspirational. It’s all a matter of perception.
Perception is a mirror not a fact. And what I look on is my state of mind, reflected outward.- A Course In Miracles
I slept 8 hours.
Me, Molly Crabapple, and the girls from Coilhouse were sitting at a gorgeous table eating beautiful cakes and celebrating.
Walked from Soho to Astoria. It was still awesome.

My death card came back to me in the mail. Rebirth and change are here.
I’m an oddity. I fall asleep at every party I go to.
